Study Description: The primary goal of this study is to demonstrate that subcutaneous administration of semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly for 52 weeks improves non-invasive measures of fibrosis in high-risk patients who have significant fibrosis due to MASLD.

GOLDMINE Study

LCN (Liver Cirrhosis Network)

Study Description: The main goals of the study are to uncover the underlying reasons and mechanisms behind the onset of complications in patients with cirrhosis and initiate a trial to investigate whether the administration of a statin can enhance the overall health outcomes of individuals afflicted with cirrhosis.
